MKPAO Yandex summed up the results of the additional placement of securities. As part of the employee motivation program, the company placed 678,563 shares, according to data on the website of the corporate information disclosure center.
The placement price of the securities was 4,393 rubles per one additional ordinary share. The securities relate to the previously announced issue of up to 3.7 million ordinary shares for the purposes of implementing the long-term motivation program. The volume of the issue was 18.34% of the previously announced volume. The placement of securities took place from August 15 to 20.
On April 10, the Central Bank registered an additional issue of Yandex shares. The regulator made a decision on state registration of an additional issue of ordinary shares of the company, placed through a closed subscription.
In March, the board of directors of MKPAO made a similar decision. The placement of the additional issue is aimed at implementing the employee motivation program; the issued securities will be transferred to the motivation program administrator “ESOP SPV”.
