The Russians attacked a civilian infrastructure facility and destroyed a store. Part of the city is without power.

On the evening of Friday, September 26, Russian troops launched at least two strikes on Zaporizhia, hitting a civilian infrastructure facility. As a result, thousands of people were left without electricity. This was reported by the head of the Zaporizhia regional military administration, Ivan Fedorov.

“As a result of the enemy attack, almost nine thousand subscribers in Zaporizhia were left without electricity,” Fedorov wrote.

He later added that the enemy attacked Zaporizhzhia with two UAVs. As a result, a fire broke out.

“The store was destroyed. Initially, there were no casualties,” the official noted.

Emergency services are working at the scene of the crash.

As a reminder, on the night of Wednesday, September 24, Russian troops attacked Zaporizhia with drones and carried out two strikes with high-explosive air bombs . The strike caused a fire in one of the city’s districts.

The previous night, Russian forces also attacked Zaporizhia with drones. One person was killed and two injured. Previously, there had been five strikes on Zaporizhia . Warehouses and vehicles were damaged.
