Klitschko urged Kyiv residents to stock up on water and warm clothing due to the risk of further attacks.

Following Russia's massive missile attack on critical infrastructure in Ukraine, emergency power outages have been imposed in most regions.

This was announced by the mayor of Kyiv , Vitali Klitschko .

According to him, the capital experienced one of the most severe attacks in terms of consequences. All city services have been involved in the cleanup since early morning. Power workers have already restored power to more than 423,000 customers, and work continues to restore power to the remaining residents as quickly as possible.

Kyiv's water supply system is operating normally, but in buildings still without electricity, there may be no cold water on upper floors because the pressure booster pumps are not functioning.

Klitschko emphasized that the situation remains difficult and called on city residents to prepare for possible further attacks:
"Let's tell the truth and not indulge in complacency. The enemy is not stopping. A new attack is predicted in the coming days."

The mayor advised Kyiv residents to stock up on water, prepare a first aid kit, non-perishable food, charge power banks, and pack warm clothing, as well as not to ignore air raid sirens.

"All city services are working around the clock and in an enhanced mode to restore the stable operation of life support systems. Support them with gratitude and a responsible approach to potential challenges," Klitschko urged.
