On the night of October 13, Russian troops again attacked civilian infrastructure in the Odessa region.
This was reported by the head of the Odessa OVA, Oleg Kiper .




Despite the effective work of air defense forces and the destruction of several drones, some enemy drones hit civilian targets.
"A massive fire broke out over an area of over 5,000 square meters. The fire engulfed several warehouses where fabrics, clothing, and packaging materials were stored," Kiper noted.
According to preliminary reports, one person was injured. All services are on scene, and cleanup efforts are ongoing.
