Allies announced more than $1.1 billion in aid to Ukraine following the Ramstein agreement, Shmyhal said.

Ukrainian Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal summarized the results of the 31st Rammstein meeting. Partner countries announced new contributions totaling over $1.1 billion.

Denis Shmygal wrote about this on Telegram.

"During the Ramstein meeting, we reached agreements with our allies that will strengthen Ukraine. New contributions to the PURL initiative total at least $422 million. More than half of NATO member countries have already made or declared contributions to PURL," the statement reads.

Results of the 31st Ramstein meeting

New contributions for purchases from Ukrainian industry – $715 million:

  • Norway – $600 million for UAVs, electronic warfare systems and explosives;
  • The Netherlands – $106 million for attack and reconnaissance UAVs;
  • Canada – $8 million for interceptor drones;
  • Iceland – $4 million under the “Danish Model”.

Military assistance:

  • Sweden – $8 billion in security assistance to Ukraine in 2026–2027;
  • Czech Republic – new package for 72 million dollars;
  • Canada – $20 million for winter equipment and missile components;
  • Portugal – $12 million to the UK arms procurement fund for Ukraine (IFU).

Finland is also preparing the 13th military aid package.
