The day before, on October 16, a man was injured in Kharkiv while attempting to disassemble a drone. The explosion occurred on the property of a private home in the Nemyshlyansky district.
This was reported by the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.
It was established that the man was carrying out agricultural work in a field near the village of Bely Kolodets, where he found part of a drone and brought it to Kharkiv.
"An explosive device exploded during an inspection, resulting in a man sustaining arm injuries," the Kharkiv Regional Police Department clarified.
The investigation is ongoing, and law enforcement officers are establishing the circumstances of the incident.
