Volodymyr Zelenskyy new details of the talks in Paris
Ukraine will also urgently hold a narrow meeting of representatives of the General Staffs of the main countries that are 100% ready to provide a contingent, the president noted.
During the summit in Paris, the Ukrainian side agreed with partners from some countries to expand access to their intelligence data. President Volodymyr Zelensky said this at a briefing on Friday, March 28.
"We also agreed with partners from some countries, I won't go into detail now, this is a European initiative – to expand Ukraine's access to intelligence, to access to relevant technologies, satellites that our European colleagues have," he said.
According to Zelensky, Ukraine has also agreed "with some leaders on access to their ammunition depots."
"We have agreed on licenses for the production of air defense systems, and we will also work on licenses for some types of artillery," he added.
The president also said that in about a week, Ukraine will hold a narrow meeting of representatives of the General Staffs of the main countries that are 100% ready to provide a contingent. After that, there will be a meeting at the level of national security advisors.
"We have urgently agreed, we are giving it a week, to hold a meeting in Ukraine in a narrow circle of representatives of the General Staffs, the main countries that will 100% prepare for the contingent on the territory of Ukraine. Not all of them will come, we are inviting a narrow circle – France, Britain, Ukraine will definitely be there, it's such a triangle in this matter," Zelenskyy said.
As a reminder, on March 27, French President Emmanuel Macron announced the appearance of European forces in Ukraine . According to him, this is a "reassurance force". At the same time, Russia will not have the right to dictate what will happen on the territory of Ukraine.
