Belgorod Region Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov warned of possible rolling power outages following the overnight attack on the city. He said there were no casualties following the missile strike, but damage to facilities and vehicles was reported.
Gladkov reported that debris from downed missiles had caused "garbage fires" in the city. Windows were blown out at a commercial building, the roof and façade were damaged, and two cars were damaged. In the village of Tavrovo, the body of a passenger car was damaged, and in the village of Dubovoye, the roof of a private home was breached.
Local channels are reporting a possible attack on the Luch Thermal Power Plant, but this information has not been confirmed.
The governor later clarified that the attack could result in rolling power outages.
