On October 13, in the area of responsibility of the 7th Corps of the Airborne Assault Forces, Russian troops attempted to carry out two planned synchronized attacks on the positions of the 38th Separate Marine Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Myrnohrad area.

The enemy initially attempted to break into the city from the east, using two BT-LB multipurpose transporter-tractors. Almost simultaneously, another group of occupiers on four motorcycles attempted to attack from the north. Both attempts were repelled. Ukrainian units destroyed the enemy's equipment, and the confirmed number of Russian soldiers killed is nine.
According to available information, Russian forces have been accumulating armored vehicles in the Pokrovskaya agglomeration area over the past few weeks, planning to use them for active assault operations.
In previous months, the enemy primarily employed infiltration tactics, avoiding direct combat. Now, however, the number of assault operations has increased: in the past 24 hours alone, 17 attacks were recorded in the 7th Airborne Assault Corps' area of responsibility, all of which ended unsuccessfully for the Russians.
