Guler also spoke about Turkey’s efforts to create its own tank, which will be called Altay.
“At the first stage, we will produce 250 units. Power plants for 85 of them will be purchased from our South Korean friends. We will provide the rest ourselves,” the minister emphasized.
Earlier, Guler said that some Western countries still insist that Turkey provide passage for their military vessels to the Black Sea.
