Lysak also reported that the number of victims has increased to 19.

Rescuers managed to contain the fire in the hotel and restaurant complex.

The National Police added that they are working at the sites of the strikes and documenting the aftermath of the massive attack. They also urged residents to be careful, as there may be debris from downed enemy drones on the streets.
