The head of state told what changes will take place in the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
“We will update the technical base of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, strengthen its provision with special equipment, helicopters and airplanes. The National Hydrogeological Service will also be recreated, which will be engaged in the exploration and protection of underground water resources,” Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
