Previously, the Last Bell for graduates of Karaganda schools was held in a citywide format: the children were gathered in squares, and a cultural program was organized for them. Such events have not been held for several years. This year there won’t be any either – the lines will be held locally in schools.
There will be no citywide last call in Karaganda, and the date itself, May 25, falls on a Saturday this year. What will be the graduates’ daily routine? This question was answered by specialists from the regional education department.
“According to the recommendations of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, within the framework of the month “Mamyr – Yntymak ayy” on May 24, a nationwide class hour “Bilimim – Otanyma” will be held. And also graduates of grades 9 and 11 will write an essay on the topic “Men. Mektep. Ustaz,” the education department reported.
As for May 25 itself, on this day a Last Bell celebration will be held within the walls of schools for graduates of grades 9 and 11. It is recommended to start the ceremonial lines at 10 a.m., the education department of the Karaganda region adds.
