More than 300,000 euros in a crowdfunding campaign, funding from the state development bank and a very big promise: The Viennese startup Fontus, which made a name for itself with an allegedly self-filling water bottle for on the go, is insolvent. This emerges from an entry by the Alpine Accounts Receivable Association. The idea was to extract fresh condensation water from the natural humidity. The cooling components required for this should be operated with solar panels.
