Russian war criminals launched drone strikes on Kharkiv, causing damage to civilian infrastructure, and a 12-year-old girl was injured. This was reported on their Telegram channels by the head of the OVA , Oleg Synegubov , and the city mayor, Igor Terekhov .

Sinegubov reports that a 12-year-old girl was injured in an enemy attack on Kharkiv. She has been hospitalized.
In total, at least 15 explosions were heard in the city.
Local social media posted a video of enemy strikes on a residential building.
